I prefer to include muesli in my breakfast. They are available in different forms such as Muesli nutty delight and fruit and nut muesli. It makes my morning healthy. You can buy it online from various sources. I buy it from gaiagoodhealth.

I juice every morning for breakfast. Fresh watermelon juice is great for maintaining good blood pressure and a great source of vitamins.
